July 26, 2007—In an effort to provide more efficient and effective communication with community and staff members, CFISD will implement an automated phone system at the Instructional Support Center (ISC) on Monday, Aug. 6.
As a result of an increased number of incoming calls and visitors to the ISC, a phone system with menu options will more effectively serve parents, patrons and staff members than a single operator.
Calls will be routed via the selection by the caller using menu options, while a receptionist will remain to support callers and visitors to the ISC who need personal assistance.
